Spodoptera frugiperda is an invasive insect pest that introduced to Indonesia in 2019. This study aims determine the spread of S. pests, as well level damage (plant intensity) on corn plantations owned by farmers several locations Ambon Island. The research was conducted six locations, namely Tawiri Village, Taeno Hamlet, Poka Karang-Karang Passo Village and Liang Village. used a survey method direct observation interviews with farmers. Observations were made when plants about one month after planting. results showed there attacks at sites highest hamlet intensity 40.94% (moderate category) attack area 90%; while lowest Hamlet 7.42% (light 30%.
